Depending on the characteristics of each operation, Viconic can either handle the preparation and execution of the shipment directly or coordinate the process with specialized logistics operators.
The service can include pickup, cargo consolidation, packaging, documentation preparation, dispatch, domestic or international transport, and tracking through to delivery. We can also organize individual shipments, deliveries to multiple destinations, or distributions linked to specific orders.
Throughout the process, Viconic maintains communication with the parties involved, verifies the progress of the operation, and reports any relevant developments to the client. When the operation requires specialized transport services, customs management, insurance, or other regulated activities, these may be provided by duly authorized third parties, under Viconic’s coordination and oversight.

To define the operation, we consider the origin, the destination, the dimensions and weight of the cargo, the type of packaging, the required date, and any special handling conditions.
The client receives updates on the shipment’s status and any developments that could change the delivery date or conditions. The timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by transport availability, inspections, customs processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond Viconic’s direct control.
